It should be in the refrigerator service door on the outside. It probably has 1/4 inch copper line with a petcock valve in it. It goes up to the solenoid for the Ice maker. If you shut the water off to the solenoid, make sure and unplug it. Should be one wire terminal that just pulls off.
I used to winterize mine, (before I changed the winterizing procedure to just pointing south and gassing on it) this way. I disconnected the copper side from the solenoid, turned the petcock off, let the water from the ice maker drain back, and then opened the petcock until I got the pink antifreeze.
