Ice Maker shut off valve for 2008 Monarch Monaco

My line to my ice maker has a leak. I would like to just turn off the water to it since I have no intention of using it, but cannot find a shut off valve for it. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

It should be in the refrigerator service door on the outside. It probably has 1/4 inch copper line with a petcock valve in it. It goes up to the solenoid for the Ice maker. If you shut the water off to the solenoid, make sure and unplug it. Should be one wire terminal that just pulls off.

I used to winterize mine, (before I changed the winterizing procedure to just pointing south and gassing on it) this way. I disconnected the copper side from the solenoid, turned the petcock off, let the water from the ice maker drain back, and then opened the petcock until I got the pink antifreeze.

So you have a drawer under fridge? Maybe there if so.

Mine is under the sink. This on the same slide 5 ft away.

Trace the ice maker water line and see it there is a shutoff, if not add one.



In my case I have a Everpure water filter system under the kitchen sink, the ice maker water line comes from there where there is a valve to shut it off.

hello, my 2004 Monarch has the shutoff valve right below the re
fridgerator . I had to take out some screws and the panel comes right off

Did you find the shutoff??
Curious to know myself. I had a leak as well from the ice maker line. But, I forgot how I turned it off, LOL.

My nylon line started leaking in the middle for some unknown reason, not rubbing anything?? Anyways the shutoff was behind the cover under the fridge. I had to remove the screws that hold on the cover to access it.
