Question Ignition & start problem

I have a 2007 Monarch 33SFS (Workhorse chassis) and am based in the UK, so struggle to find RV expertise and my dealer can't help.
My RV was fine when I parked it 4 weeks ago, but now the engine won't crank and there is no power to the mirrors, jacks and dash AC & blower (no power to Igntion 1 & 2 in the distribution panel. if I bypass the relays everything except engine crank works). Instruments, lights & indicators work fine and the chassis battery reads 13 volts. The lights don't dim when I turn the ignition to crank.
I have checked all fuses and relays and the ignition key switch is working correctly, as is the battery cut out switch and engine immobiliser.
I am now at a loss as to what else to check, can anyone please help.

Was hoping someone with a similar coach would address your problems. While I don't have the same coach parasitic loads drained our chassis battery but the boost switch allowed the house batteries to start the coach. I don't think that is an answer for you however. You will reach a much larger group if you go to the Monacoers group on yahoo and am sure someone has seen your problem before. The link is:

Lots of old timers there that have forgotten more than I will ever know. Vast amount of knowledge and also some that think they know a lot. LOL. You might need to register to ask a question to the group but not a big deal to join.

You said "If I bypass the relays" now my coach does not have a "Main battery Disconnect" switch.. I do not know if the main battery disconnect is operated by the ignition switch however (I do know the wiring diagram for the battery controls shows one.. but this is another thign.

If you have a main battery disconnect.. Then the little switch near the door or on the wall or dash is but a remote control.. and either it (Suspect #1) or the solenoid it controls (#2) have failed.

Though why a bypass would not let her crank I don't know

If it's ignition switch controlled.. Well.. tha'ts #1

If there is an INTELLETEC Battery Control Center box under your hood... I can likley look up the test procedure. but from memory there are 4 test points on the left side of the box once you remove the lid.. two are pads. two are "Tab" type connectors.. they are paired (one tab, one pad) and one is for the AUX (house) batteries and the other is for the mains. (Engine) hook a digital volt meter lead to the tab, and touch the other lead to the pad, and have someone operate the switch.. Depending on which lead is on the tab you will see either +battery or -Battery when they hit the USE or Connect, and the other one when they press the switch the other way.

NOTE: if you get the wrong pair.. You won't see any voltage so check 'em both

My remote switch failed for the house.. Fix turned out to be easy and cost me $0.00

(Remove swich, cycle many times, re-install)

We have a 2004 monarch. The chassis battery is located behind the grill center of chassis. Next to the battery is a 400 or so amp fuse. Next in the passenger side forward compartment is a twist disconnect switch for chassis battery. Next is the rocker switch on the wall near entry door. Hope this info is some help.

Many thanks for the responses to date. I am new to this forum and really appreciate your help.
The start problem turned out to be a broken wire in the anti-theft immobiliser wiring. which was well hidden and took me ages to find. The RV now starts and runs well, which is a big relief, but I still have to resolve the lack of power to the jacks, mirrors, dash heating/AC and step retract signal. There is no signal to the 12V front distribution panel to close the Ignition 1 & 2 relays which send power the jacks, mirrors, dash heating/AC and step retract signal. If I replace one relay with a wire link , everything works, but the jacks and step don't retact on start up, so not safe to operate like that.
I have only had this RV for a couple of months (it's 2 1/2 years old) and haven't used it yet so I am trying to get the dealer to travel the 200 miles to take a look while there is still 1 month remaining on the warranty.
