I'm looking for your favorite Monaco authorized repair facility in NW Washington
As the title says, I'm looking for your "favorite" quality Monaco warranty approved repair site in NW Washington state. I took a risk buying Holiday Rambler but was told it was no problem getting an approved facility up here (good salesman talk, eh?).
I'm just curious for the future. My rig is now in Fresno CA being repaired! Mark

We're at the NW end of the coach repair line in Sequim. I am not aware of any Monaco "approved warranty repair" businesses out this way. My coach is long out of warranty so all repairs are out of my pocket. There are a few outfits that do work up here - Peninsula RV, Eric's, and Riverside Auto (body work), all in or near Sequim.
Most of the work I hire out is done in Coburg, OR. Monaco still owns and operates the service center in Coburg. How you got referred to Fresno I'm not sure, but Monaco Coburg can do or get done locally most anything that needs doing. It's my understanding that Monaco, LLC. (i.e. New Navistar Monaco) is keeping the Coburg service center in operation for the time being even though Diesel-pusher manufacturing has been moved to Indiana.
You don't say if your warranty is a Navistar factory warranty or a purchased warranty (service contract). Navistar should have referred you to Coburg but if it's a purchased warranty they (the service contract vendor) are going to refer you to wherever they have a relationship/price agreement they deem most beneficial to them.

Yeah, I wasn't very complete in my question. I bought the rig in Quartzsite this year new and the dealer was in Fresno, so I stopped there and left it for repair. I fly back May 1 to drive it home.
I didn't know the Coburg facility was staying open for repairs. That's good news, as we have lots of relatives in Portland. The dealer told me when I bought it that I could get my local tech approved for Monaco warranty service--but I wasn't too sure, but the price made it worth the risk. I just hoped someone up here was using a facility they could approve.

Quartzsite? Neat! Congratulations on your new rig! We were at La Posa South with some other Monaco (and a couple of SOB) owners for 6 days in late January. You're welcome to join us next year.
Best,

repair centers
If you go to the Holiday rambler web site and look for service centers, you will find about 11 authorized Holiday Rambler service centers. I do not know what area you are targeting but, there should be one that will fit the bill. I use Roy Robinson Rv in Marysville, wash . They have done me right so far. Hope this helps. Good luck with the new rig.
