Inside camera above the drivers head info

My inside camera above the drivers head was missing when I purchased this coach. I managed to get a part number from Rev Monaco parts:
Weldex WDD-7500C. This is for a 2004 Signature, but the same camera is used in several other coach models and years. Monaco no longer stocks these, but RVCams.com has a few in stock if you need one. Hope this helps someone.

I Googled Weldex WDD7500-C and this was one of the top hits.

https://security.weldex.com/index.ph...etail?Itemid=0

It is their site, and the number you cited. I'll bet they can help you.

I found Weldex also makes a slightly higher resolution color camera.
The OEM camera is the WDC-7500C with 420 lines of resolution.
They also make the WDC-7505C with 570 lines of resolution.

Will this inside camera plug into the existing 3 camera system?

Which monitor do you have? Some support four cameras, some only three.

It’s a Voyager.

I received the new Weldex WDD-7500C camera. The new version of this camera is slightly different. The circuit board is missing a 2-pin connector just under the main 4-pin connector. I spoke to Weldex and they kindly sent me an original version.
After receiving the original version I discovered the 2-pin connector was from the microphone (I'm not sure Monaco even uses the audio). The newer camera has the microphone built into the circuit board and doesn't require these pins.

Camera wiring color code:
Yellow= video
Red= +12v
White= audio
Black= ground

The new camera works well and presents a decent color picture. Mike Canter had a great idea. He aims the inside camera at the front door so he can tell who's knocking. If you decide to re-aim your camera, you will need an 1/8" Tamper Proof hex bit.

Now, if I can figure out what's wrong with my drivers side mirror mounted camera I'll be in business.

I have the same problem. Not the same coach - but maybe the same camera.

Post back what you find and the make/model of any replacement camera(s) you find for the side mirror mount location.

I repaired my drivers side mirror camera today. Mine had a broken wire up front. Slide out the generator and look inside at the 2 wire bundles coming out of the mirrors. One bundle has a 3 wide by 4 deep (12 pins) connector for the mirrors. The other is just 3 wires that uses a white 3 pin connector. Mine had a lot of weight on the wire connector as it was tied to the headlight harness. It had pulled the small 20 gauge red wire out of the back of the connector pin. I stripped it and reinstalled it back in the pin. I also re-routed it and tied it up so this will not happen again (did this to both sides).

Yeah! I now have all 4 cameras working!

When you say the camera was missing, does that mean there were just some wires hanging down? Or does missing mean never installed?

Can you post a photo of where the inside camera is located? Do you have the ceiling mounted swing-down TV?

My camera system is capable of supporting four cameras (as the screen switches/rolls view from camera to camera, there is just static where the fourth camera should be).

I would love to install an inside camera - but my coach never came with one and there are no wires that I know of (would be nice to find them in the ceiling - or where ever the camera mounts) if Beaver pre-wired for a camera and just did not install one.

For me it would be nice to see what is banging around in the back (drawers open, forgot to secure fridge door, etc.) while I'm driving. I suppose it would help some keep an eye on kids or pets too.

Ditto! Not a bad idea, or a loose grand child!

Mike Canter said he aims his inside camera at the front door so he can see who's knocking. I found I can use the outside passenger mirror camera to see the front door. I aimed the inside camera rearward back down through the kitchen area and hallway.
