Thats crazy, who would want to walk around a 30 inch stove? Let alone the xtra weight. You might try an apartment size cook stove. Convection/microwave is the only way to go. Thats what we have, they work great.
OR get some vasoline and goop up the door and the 30 in stove and a bobcat and shove it in. lol

A house stove would be just too heavy. You would lose too much cabinet space and depending on your layout it may stick out in the aisle. There are hundreds of thousands of RV's on the road and none(or almost none) have a 30 inch house stove. You can cook or bake anything in your existing convection unit or do as one fellow suggested and install an RV oven!

The convection microwave is a conmbo microwave / electric oven.

It can and will cook like an oven, but it is small, a full sized cookie sheet won't fit.

We like to cook too, but with the knight we've done fine with just the stove, conv micro, and 2 gasgrilles
