Intellec 750/ Iota 50R problem

I'm having problem with my shore power switch over in my 07 Safari Simba RD.
When I plug in to 50 amp service (voltage levels confirmed at my power source and reconfirmed at main breaker on the panel) I do not register 50 amps on the EMS readout. No power available on any circuits. The Magnum inverter/charger is working to charge the batteries. What I do have is a clicking sequence behind the breaker panel that repeats every 20 seconds. All breakers on the panel are in the on position.
When I plug into 30 amp power or run the genset everything is hunky-dory.
I have tried removing the 5 amp fuse and reconnecting but that did not help.
Anyone else ever had this problem and how did it resolve? I would like to get this worked out before summer when I will need the 50 amp to run both ACs.

Thanks in advance,

EMS problem

Don't know where My earlier reply went, so I'll do it again!!!! I have a similar problem with My 50amp shorepower that doesn't always show up after plugging in. I found that if I start My Generator for a short time then shut it down that My shorepower will show up on the panel. Worth a try!!!! I think that the Transfer box sticks between Gen. and shorepower. I know that the new Navistar have a recall out for all 2009 and up for that brand transfer box that you have!!!!

Had similar problems Navistar did recall and replaced with different brand that included surge protection and no problems since then.

If you have an Iota transfer switch, GET RID OF IT. They have a history of catching fire. There is a recall out on them but your coach may be to old to qualify. Just the same, get rid of it, and do it now for your own safety.
