Intellitec switch panels

I have an intermittent problem with on of my Intelitec multiplex switch panels in my 08 Camelot. IVe tried every way I can to remove the panel to troubleshoot. Does anyone know how to remove the black cover plates?

Bob,
The black bezel will come off with a pocket screwdriver. It is held on with 4 detents across the long side, about 1/3 of the way from the end. Both the 4 switch and 6 switch panels have four detents. Slip the pocket screwdriver under one side, 1/3 of way from corner and apply pressure to pop it off. While doing so, grab the opposite side of the bezel and push it toward the screwdriver. Just when you think it will break, it pops up. Then do the second one on the same side 1/3 from the other corner.
I just went out and did mine to make sure, as it has been some time since I had one off.
