Intemittent ABS Dash Warning Light on 2003 HR Endeavor

Been bothered by an intermittent ABS Dash warning light which finally became constant. I thought now maybe I can find the problem. Been under checking all the wiring and could find nothing wrong. Then I found there is a ABS diagnostic circuit board in the front electronic compartment. There are 2 fuses on this board. While checking those I found one of the male receptacles for the fuse was spread apart far enough to create this problem. Took a pair of needle nose and squeezed it back together. Problem solved.

Thanks for sharing that - you may have saved someone a lot of trouble and money.
A picture of this board would probably help someone not as familiar with the ABS system.

Thanks for the tip! I had a similar problem a while back but it seems to have cleared itself for now!

I'm having that ghost show up at times, usually after hitting a bump in the road. It clears itself after some time or at the next start up. Tech's couldn't find a problem. I think I'll take a look for a fuse holder, thanks.

This should not be a major problem - as our fleet semi's would at times , appear and disappear - although the D O T inspection stations would write a citation if the amber lite on the trailer (rear driver side) was lit -

Traveling in wet conditions seemed, to have an intermittent effect on the warning light, not on braking performance, ( disclaimer) in my un-professional opinion -
