Intercooler replacement

I have a 97 Monaco executive with a Cummins M11.
My intercooler is shot (had the cracks welded but there are still a bunch of pin holes) Has anyone had any luck finding a direct replacement or had a repair shop replacement of the core? Is there a part number?

Contact Radiator Supply House in Sweethome Oregon. They can make you a new one and ship it to you, I has them make me a radiator and CAC both from their Monaco blueprints. Very happy.

Here's right up from Rightstuffer..... Norman Radiator recorded/repaired his whole stack for less than 2K. They said to mention info found he shared here.

When I had to have my radiator changed I went ahead and too the CAC to a shop for cleaning, no idea it was bad. Got a call and said it would have to be repaired, a little skeptical I went down and had them show me. put some air to it and dropped it a large tank, looked like a jaccuzi. The guy said some leakage was normal but mine was excessive. They ended up sending it off, cost was ~$1600 in 2015.
So if you contact the Norman repair site above it might be worth the shipping. If not a local shop might be able to take care of you.

While you have access tot he radiator I'd take the time to clean it thoroughly, it's hard to do with the CAC in place.
