Interior Fuse Box Location?

I have a 2016 Holiday Rambler Vacationer, 33ft. I have found the fuse box above the radiator, and the relay box just under it, but I am looking for the fuse box inside, with hopes of being able to tie into a circuit that is only hot when the key is in run. I know generally they are to the left of the steering column, but for the life of me I don't see it. Most of that area is covered by carpet glued to a plywood board. I can't seem to find any screws to remove it, but I can see a lot of wires go behind it.

Am I looking in the wrong spot, or is there an easy way to remove that plywood panel?

Many times the 12VDC fuses for the "House" side are located in the "Load Center" (next to the 120VAC circuit breakers),

On my 2016 HR Trip, they are located under the pantry, just above the 120v circuit breakers.

The OP is looking for an ignition key operated circuit. It will not be found in the 12 volt House fuse panel.

I did end up finding the main fuse panel. It was a removable panel on top of the dash behind the steering wheel
