Intresting coach water system issue

Strange Halloween type mystery with our coach water system. Turn on the system with the master switch and it comes on, both bathroom switches light up as well as the wet bay. Works fine. Come back an hour later and everything is off and none of the switches will work. Hours later, all switches come on and system works. Have tracked all connections and they check out fine with meter. Shore water source can be on or off will make no difference. I fell like I am missing something and it's right there but I'm not seeing it. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

It could be the pump controller since all the switches go dead. This might not be an exact match of what you have, but most likely similar.
