Is there a reset button?

I have replaced the motherboard in the RV. I don't have any lights on the dash now. Now oil pressure lights, trip meter, etc.

Is there a reset that needs to be done in order to get everything working again?

I would think some motherboards require a console connection to get everything booted, configured, updated, etc. Once the NVRAM has all of the setups stored, it's perm, but there is likely an initial configuration setup.

Do you have a lot more information?

1996 Monaco Signature with the computerized instrument panel. The panel lights up but the instruments do not function. When put in reverse, the panel switches to the backup camera and you can turn the GPS will turn off and on. If you use the trip meter, you can reset it. After that all the gauges are lighted up but none of them function. We have replaced the motherboard and the harddrive with the complete program installed. When unit is booting up, no errors are shown on the code display.
