I had a smell I could not figure out, it was the washer P trap had gone empty and the gray tank STUNK (in my Monaco/Safari). Ran a load of clothes and problem solved.

Now, I put new Toyos on mine too and my wife kept saying "Somebody stepped in dog poo" (She didn't say poo). I bet I had to tell her a dozen times it was the tires!

We had the same bad smell in our 2000 Monaco Diplomat. Husband went on roof to install one of those new vents and found the original vent pipe was installed to short, not through the roof and therefore the smell would escape between the carpet ceiling and roof. Added more pipe, new vent problem solved. We also vented our washer all the way up to the roof as well. Took care of that problem.
