Jacks and slide wont work

I friend asked me to post this on the Monaco site

2011 Monaco Knight 40 foot and it’s got a Lippert leveling system and he can’t get them to retract or the front slides to retrace as well they are hydraulic

any suggestions or fixes

all worked fine when they we're extended and now he's waiting to go the Quaretzsie and can't move it out of the drive way

thanks in advance for any advice and I will pass it along

Check the fuse panel Check for a few blown fuses would be my first attempt.

Might try turning ignition switch on and off a few times, may have a sticky relay.

Try tapping or cycling the park brake switch.

If power up jacks "aka have no springs" the safety relief/bypass valve may have lifted and got stuck open. These are present on most high pressure pumps/systems. Sometimes they can just be disassembled and cleaned a bit of foreign matter that has jammed up. Seen this in hydraulic systems and pressure washers in various careers.
A 5000 psi gauge and hydraulic fittings to install it may help to diagnose . Around 3000psi is popular pressure to use. Look for as much info as possible for system.
Another possible cause is broken motor to pump coupling if equipped/built as such . The sound of only motor running would be very different than pump running moving fluid.

Possible Problem

According to a Tech that looked at it , he says it is possible a faulty “ Dump Valve”.He was able to get the Level Jacks retracted and the room slide in.If he can fine a “ Dump Valve local he will replace it. In the meantime Quartzsite is on hold for our group.☹️
