Jacks won't go down

Hey folks! I’m at a campsite in Tn and my jacks won’t t go down. The control panel lights up but no warning bong, and jacks won’t move. My ideas?

Many thanks,
Tommy Harden

Sorry, I found the fuse and it’s fine, but jacks still won’t go down, any ideas? Apologies for the confusing statement

What coach, year, chassis, jack system do you have?
Have they ever worked for you?

The fluid level is topped off, right. And the connector on top of the jack reservoir is clean and making good contact?

Hyd jack pump motors often use a solenoid switch/relay to energize motor. The pilot power goes to magnetic coil you can test there. Solenoids are often fail items.

On my rig the jacks started to be intermittent then stopped working at all. Problem was that solenoid on the pump. Easy to jump it with a screwdriver while someone holds a button down on pad to check if that is the problem. I bought one at Autozone. Its just like an old Ford solenoid and an easy fix.
Good Luck TANDD

I could not find a 2003 manual but you can download a 2002 and 2004 manual from the following link and see if those match what you have:
https://www.monacocoach.com/service-...pairs/#manuals
Once you have the pdf, you can search by key words like "jacks" or "leveling jacks" and there should be most of the info.

Are they RVA?
If so, did you try both manual and automatic?
On my HR, some of the switches were inop or intermittent. Once I replaced the switches, they work fine.

Both -02 and -04 manuals show that your system is on the roadside compartment behind the rear wheel.

So roadside is passengers side and not drivers side correct? Behind the back wheel passenfersside, I have the battery compartment, and a utility compartment. There is a box I’d have to get into on the sidewall, unfortunately it’s next to a tree, so I’ll have to bring slides in and move the coach.

Road side is driver side.
Can't really tell from the pic but aren't those clips towards the bottom that you can unscrew to open the hatch?
If not, look under the panel if there are straps that you can unscrew to open the panel.

The low fluid alarm may be inop but the reservoir should be pretty full when all the jacks are up.
Once you get it working, the fluid should also be replaced unless it's been done recently.
