Jumping Speedometer

On my 06 Endeavor the speedometer jumps up and down mostly when I hit bumps in the road. I am thinking it may be a bad ground some where but not sure. Any help would be appreciated. If you are thinking it may be a bad ground any thoughts as to where to start looking?

Thanks in advance.
