Steve, today I finally got the title in my name. I also ordered 6 Hankook tires from local tire shop. Tomorrow I am going to pay for and schedule an Ohio rebuild inspection. I hope to be driving this thing sometime in May. If all goes well, first long trip may be end of June to the Catskills in NY to take my parents to visit his parents home towns.

Still need to swap out other couch, dye front seats, change oil, install new batteries, buy new RV Queen mattress and buff entire beast. And probably a bunch of other stuff I am forgetting.

Oshkosh

It all sounds doable. The Catskills will be a good trip! My parents were from just North of there. My Mom was from Chestertown and my dad was from Pottersville. I have great memories of those places as a kid.

Never been to Bedford falls but went to Glens Falls as a kid. Glens Falls is 35 miles South of Pottersville.

Crap... Pulled my front wheels to polish then take to tire shop to get the new tires and found a crack at one of the lug holes. Called Visone and they want between $400 and $1000 per used wheel. That is insane. I can get a brand new Accuride 22.5 X 8.25 polished hub piloted wheel for under $300 and it has a higher pressure rating than my old wheels. (130psi vs120psi). Only issue is that it has round holes Vs the Monaco triangle/round shape.

Was the crack from the accident?
I'd replace both front wheels before I'd pay that much for used.
Some Monaco diesel coaches did not come with the Monaco decorative pattern holes, just round.
You can also check on Alcoa forged wheels.

I spent a couple hours cleaning the backsides and polishing these wheels. I think I may just buy four new Accuride and be done with it. That way they are all new and will match and I will save myself a couple more hours cleaning up the rears. I might leave one of the rears mounted and use it for a spare if I have room in my storage bays. I gotta get this thing done!

Hi Tim, I called Visone in regards to 2 wheels and was told $1000 to $1200 per wheel + shipping. My new to us coach came with super singles and I would like to go back to duals. I would be interested in purchasing 2 rear wheels depending on price and shipping to Washington State. Thanks Don

Who is the wheel manufacturer most wheels have a lifetime warranty for that type of failure. Had 2 replaced on my truck for cracks under the warranty.
