Ken wood display

The slide out ken wood display for gps, coach display, Aladdin, etc has lost its contrast. Has anyone replaced this unit with a tablet or another unit? We have a 2005 Executive. Thanks,

I had ours replace with a Clarion. It has the same slide out screen, but is bluetooth capable and has GPS for Navigation and satellite radio. I can't think of the model number right now, but if you google Clarion and look for radios with navigation there aren't too many models. Works great and fit in the same opening.

Randy, did your Aladdin work with it as well? Were you able to see all the displays for coach functions? Thanks for information.

Yes, all systems go just like before, only better because now we have satellite radio and are able to Bluetooth stream music from our IPhones. The old Kenwood system had a 10 disc CD changer that crapped out and that is what made us upgrade. Almost wish it would have broke sooner. I went out to my shop and looked and it is a model NZ 503. Local stereo store found it for me and installed it. Randy
