There was only one key fob with the coach when we purchased it and we ordered a new key fob from TriMark. When it came in I tried everything to get it to program including several phone calls to TriMark. We came to the conclusions that something was wrong with our control system. When I attempted to order a new one from TriMark they told me they did not support it anymore and their stock was empty. I ordered the new system with the new style FOB and installed that. I did not order the outside key pad, just the control module with two FOB's.

Did you contact TriMark to see if they have any of the old style FOB's? Some of the larger dealerships like Lazydays also sometimes have the older style FOB.
