Koni Shocks

Had the shocks on my 2005 Monaco Knight 37PBD replace this morning. From reading reviews, i bought the Koni Shocks

(4) 8805-1016 Front
And
(4) 8805-1017 Rear.

Incredibly better ride. Probably one of the best things you can do for your motorhome. The old shock were the originals, no name found on them, shocks with 30,000+ miles on them. I don't think any of them were still working properly.

The new shocks were purchased from Brazelsrv.com for $165 each (8 of them) and free ground shipping.

The installation was performed at Patriot Motors in Marysville Ohio for $315 total. The guys at Patriot Motors are great to work with. They are the maintenance division of Ryan Logistics , an Ohio Based Trucking company. They take in extra work to keep there mechanics busy. They have worked on my Monaco previously and have always done a good job at a fair price . Including tire replacement. They have many Cummins mechanics as well.

I have no interest or connection to Patriot Motors, but I do recommend them.

Thanks for the heads up on the repair shop. Always good to know where to go.

I did the Konis on my coach, too and really like them.

Take Care,

Greg
