Kwikee drive roller rebuild

I have this posted elsee where but am told the is someone on IRV2 that rebuilds thses. Info please.

My Kwikee Super Slide Tray II will no longer extend and /or retract electrically. The drive motors run but the tray does not move. Found the urithane covering on the drive rollers has broken off (see attached). The replacement drive rollers are available as p/n Mt376640 but they are $75 each and 4 are required.

Does anybody have a source to get the existing rollers "recovered" or a source for the roller that is a little more reasonable?

Mine is doing the same thing and I’ve tried unsuccessfully to find the post you are looking for from 5-6 months ago ...may have been on the Monacoers site but thought it was here. Checked into my problem and the wheels are in good shape (compared to your pictures) BUT my rollers are not touching the track. Maybe there is an adjustment???

I took my rollers to a place who manufactures different parts out of urethane or neoprene They build a jig and made me new ones which are supposed to be made out of a high strength. I would try and find a place close to you.

I went to a place in Calgary and I'm not a my coach right now and all the info is in there. I had phoned around to a few places and they all seem to be able to do this rebuild on the rollers.
