Ladder Repair/Replace - HR 07 Scepter

My ladder got severely dinged by someone/something to the extent that it's not useable except by a very light person. Don't think tubular aluminum can be fixed/bent straight? Checked with my local RV dealer and he's quoting a $620 replacement cost. Looking for other sources and prices. Haven't checked with Monaco yet. Any suggestions?? Thanks.

The Route 66 RV accessory catalog lists Motorhome replacement ladders for around $120.00. I would certainly check around, since the price you were quoted seems very high.

Richard, look under the bottom step for a label or sticker with a number on it. If your ladder was made by the company below, that is the number they will need for a replacement ladder. I have heard they are not very good to deal with, but at least they may be the source.

try a boat top shop, they can bent 7/8'' alum or stainless tubing to the shape you need for a fraction of the price.
