Latching relay or pump

Took the girl out for a little test drive, just installed koni shocks, WOW.
Drained the fw tank, filled, turned on pump, worked.....turn off, drained hw heater, tried to turn on water pump....ziltch,nada, nothing, no light no action,
Read old posts, hence the question.
5 amp fuse good in closet, 13.8 volts across bar. Good.

Where is the latching relay located? In water bay behind the panel upper right?
Behind the main panel in coach?

Any advise is welcomed!

Thanks,
Terry

Do you have multiple water pump switches in your coach? If so, this multi-switch system is notorious for being problematic.
There can be a number of reasons for your issue.
In our Monaco the latching relay is located in the same compartment as the pump.
If you find it, you can disconnect the "load" and "ground" wires from the relay and then connect these two wires to a 10 amp flat fuse. If the pump comes on then you know the pump is good.
It means then that your latching relay is faulty or you have a grounding issue in the multi-switching system.

Irishguy,
Thanks, yes multiple switches.....
Will look in the wet bay for the latching switch. The water on switch in the water bay had wires going away from the pump.
Will update as I go.
Thanks
Terry

It could be the pressure switch on the pump. Make sure you have power to the pump

, water in the tank and then give the end of the pump a little love tap or two.

If you do have multiple switch and a latching relay there may also be another ~10 fuse at the pump itself and possibly a relay. The reason for the relay is that the pump may pull higher amperage then the latching device can handle so they just put a relay in the latching device actually controls. By pass all of this and just see if the pump runs first.

Here is a typical controller with wiring diagram

UPDATE:
The latching relay is located in the wet bay, right side, open the acess cover.
The problem turned out to be a wire feel off the relay due to it falling out of the bracket.
Solution:
I duct taped the relay back up, ordered a new one AND put dielectric grease on all water switch connections, yes the contacts were......nasty!

I want to personally thank every one of you for your help.
Terry

Ps. My new to me rv now has a name: Her name is Suka.

Thanks for the result. A few pictures would be really helpful for future people having the same issue.

The supply voltage to that latching relay may come from a fuse or breaker inside the battery compartment in a large black box.
