Leak around Slide Out (I think)

I have had my slides out while working on my floors in my Diplomat. I have been replacing a small area that had gotten water on it sometime when I didn't know or see it. I have not seen any leaks and we have had some good rains in the last couple of weeks. I believe the leaks are happening when the slides are in and leaking around the outside flanges. I see a seal around the inside of the flange and I have not checked yet because I have not put my slides back in but there have been no leaks while the slides have been out. Its hard to believe the leaks are coming from around these areas but this is the only area that they could be leaking and running down the side of the slide out and running back inside. The only seal that looks bad is the seal under the slide out and I don't see how any water could get in from that area. Just thought I would throw this out in case others have leaks and cannot find them.
