Leaking Radiator

So I finally have found a Radiator repair shop that works on logging trucks and machinery, soooooo! Now comes the time I need to remove my radiator, so is there anyone who can share there radiator removal story. I have a 36ft 2003 Holiday Rambler Endeavor with a 8.3 Cummins any pointers would be helpful also some places where I might be able to get some hoses to the radiator. Thank you

Buy a new rad and Napa should have hoses.

Your old rad went 18 years, so with new hoses and a new rad, you will be trouble free for another 18 years.

That's how I look at it.

It was a Dynasty but Rightstuffer shared and documented his whole story, challenges and hose substitution/modifications.

As noted, Rightstuffer did an excellent and detailed write up. Had his radiator & CAC re-cored at a fraction of the cost of new one.

Good Luck.

Rightstuffer's post and videos will help. If I recall correctly, Rightstuffer had a side radiator where the OP is a rear radiator.

If you are going through all the work to remove and replace, I would suggest that you consider buying a new unit.

I replaced my radiator a few years ago using ,Radiator Supply House (855-330-9430} in Sweethome Oregon. They had the info from Monaco to build the radiator to specs. I went with new. Also replaced the CAC a year earlier. It was side radiator so not as difficult as rear.
Good luck
