My city water supply is leaking from this connection. Is this threaded on? Anyone know the part?

That's not original, you probably have a check valve up under there leaking. I think the original one had a big flange on it with an integral check valve. It is screwed into a fitting connected to PEX.

I had similar mickey mouse arrangement and replaced it with one similar to the original, the fun part is figuring out how to have it screwed in enough so that it does't leak and the flange mates to the plastic cover.

Here's my thread about fixing that issue. The first picture shows what the original fill looked like--its on the black tank flush.

I ended up using two PVC fittings, one screwed into the fitting on the PEX and another screwed into the the the hose bib. I had to cut a little of each PVC fitting to get the right length. Then I just glued the two PVC fittings together.

I used this hose bib.

This is what mine looks like except they left the blue plate off and
mounted it all behind the white plastic wall with the hose hook up sticking
through like yours .
I'm pretty sure it unscrews somehow .

These valves came from here .

On my 2005 Dynasty there is an identical fitting on my city water inlet and another was screwed on to the end of the fresh water hose. The fresh water hose fitting was a pressure regulator which I removed, the other I left attached since I don’t use that for a fresh water inlet source. To confirm yours I would use an inspection mirror of camera to verify how it’s connected. I would be careful if attempting to remove it as it may be attached to plastic pipe/ fittings.
