Leaky slide out in a HR Navigator

Having an issue with leaking from the slide room in our 2008 HR Navigator. Several times after it has rained and we bring in the front passenger slide, there are several puddles of water on the floor. We can't see any obvious drainage or leaking. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

What condition are the rubber seal/gaskets on the side and top of the slide-out?
Their purpose is to keep water and wind from entering the RV when the slide is open and closed

Navi:
We have a Navigator simililar. It is an 05 43PBQ. No leak probs with it. But last coach was a bit of a leaker. Check the rubber seals. Particularly observe that when the slide is out, that the lip of the seal is also out. Sometimes part of the seal lip will be out and part of the lip will stay folded in. This will cause water to run down the slide and into the interior side of the slide. Check that first. There is an easy fix for this prob.

Navimama, We had a problem with leaks on or 08 Endeavor that was very hard to detect. We found that the awning toppers were letting water come through the material like a screen. We replaced them and the leaks are gone.

Lee check the roof above the slide, some of the monaco coaches has had a problem with the roof seperating from the sides especially in the slide area, i think Rex posted a fix for this problem on this forum. Get someone to get on the roof and check to see if there is a gap.

I found a tough leak by putting my slide out halfway and looking from inside the coach across the top of the slide, looking outward it was easy to see light where the seal had lifted from the top edge of the slide. A little water or wind pushing rain under the slide topper and a slight lean inward on the coach would let the water come right in under the right set of conditions. Pushed the seal down a bit with a ruler and leak stopped. The grippers rust out after time, so that worked to stop leak while I ordered new EDPM slide seals.
