Leece-Neville Alternator

Recently I fixed my tach connection on my alternator. It was almost completely detached and the tach was bouncing.
I don't think I got a good crimp and need to check that out because my tach is reading 200-300 rpm too high and sometimes normal.

If it's not the wire what are folks doing when their 4884JB Leece-Neville 200 Amp Alternator. I'm in Goshen Indiana so there must be options around here.

Real old time shop that actually fixes stuff. They rebuilt my 200amp a couple of years ago. About a third of new cost.
