Leveling jacks

I have zero power to my leveling jacks control panel. The jacks are already in the stow position and I have sufficient hydraulic fluid. The fuse in the front bay with the rest of the fuses is good. I found a diagram of a power distribution box containing multiple fuses. Does anyone know the location of this box on a 96í Safari Continental. Photo attached
