Leveling Jacks

Hello
I have a 2002 Diplomat 40. All of a sudden the power will not turn on at the rocker switch. The light comes on when I switch to "raise all" but the power light does not come on in the "on" position. I checked the leveling jack 15amp fuse in the panel outside in the front drivers side compartment. The fuse is fine. Is there a fuse somewhere else?
Thank you
Brian

Hi Brian; If the fuse is good the only thing that comes to mind would be to check the connections that plug into the bottom of the RVA jack panel. The HWH air leveling system that comes on Monaco coaches has this same problem over time. Connections can come loose and some even get a small amount of corrosion on the connections. Worth a look see!

Contact Paul at AZPETE on the Irv2 forum. He works for HWH and can answer your questions. His email is pfmaddox@att.net and his phone number is 602-549-3638. He is a Commercial Member and has posted that his phone is always on, and if not answered, leave a message.

He has helped others on this forum and I am sure he can help you.

Update:
I found out it's not just the jacks. Interior lights, porch light, etc. also have no power. I'm going to start at the house batteries and see if I can find where the power stops. Hopefully is something simple like a breaker or fuse.
Anyone that might have info that could help shortcut my path would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Brian

Problem solved. All 4 house batteries were completely dead. Top of plates were dry. Batteries are only 2 years old. Shame on me for not checking the battery water levels.
Filled them and are charging now. Hopefully they come back.
