Lift It control box

I have replaced my heavy plasma tv with a light LED tv, however it still takes 4-8 tries to go down 1st thing in the day. I can hear what sounds like relays clicking in the Lift It control box next to the TV motor. Anybody have an idea if there are replacement relays in this control module? Motor seems OK, just not getting the current sent to it to move the mechanism.

Thank you hypoxia, I have printed out your helpful attachments, when I removed my plasma Vizio set, its power cord was plugged into a Beaver 120 v outlet up in front cap to right side of TV lift motor, the lift it module outlet is unused, so I have to turn off TV before putting it in up position. I will also see if I can find PO's hidden Lift It remote. Sounds like the Lift it control module has built in relays for Up/Down on main motor. Ohh the joys of 3rd ownership on these beautiful beasts.

Page 86 TV Lift schematic. Have someone press the up or down switch and find the multiplex 10 channel box. It has an led which should illuminate whenever the button is pressed. That module may be intermittent causing your problem. I think it is Intellitec 00-00838-410 this one https://intellitec.com/wp-content/up...-00838-000.pdf
