Looking at a New Ride

Hi all,

I am looking at a newer Monaco down in Georgia. I am in Indiana. I need to have it inspected. Do I make an offer on it first, pending inspection? I think so. Then, how do I find a responsible inspector - long distance? I don't feel like I should ask the seller to find me one, right?

Call rv dealers in the area and ask for suggestions??

Or call rv mobile service people and ask for leads.

Yes
I would NOT conform a price subject to the inspection.

Tell the seller your interested in making an offer subject to an inspection.

Then deal

Hi Beth! I would call other dealers in that area for recommendations on a certified inspector. I would NOT ask the seller for a recommendation!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Thanks. I missed out on this one. But guess it wasn't meant to be. Happy for now!

Make sure the inspector you hire is familiar with diesel MHs. Many know trailers/fifth wheels, but a rear pusher is a different animal.
