Looking for rear Ladder ext.

I lost my rear ladder extension (stolen) I have been searching everywhere for a replacement that fits the same as origional. Any ideas without the $300 new one?

I have been looking for 5 months. I found a used one at a local RV shop, but it was about 2 feet too short. Contemplating getting some repair tube and a few extra rungs to just extend the short one.

I wouldn't waste my time with that, just by a nice collapsible ladder and use it instead ?

I have my lower ladder, but hate the straight up climbing and it does protest (a lot!) when I put my bulk on it

MUCH nicer (and safer) to lean the nice wide ladder up against the upper ladder to make it over that top rung !!!

I just bought a collapsible ladder about 10 minutes ago on Groupon. 12.5' aluminum ladder for $79. I think that's a pretty good deal. Hopefully it's tall enough to make it up on top of the Sig. HAHA.

I don't carry my ladder extension, it's sitting in a storage unit ant the only reason I am keeping it is when I sell or trade the coach. You have to carry some sort of ladder to wash the windshield anyway. Just use that to reach the fixed portion of your rear ladder.

Awesome!! I debated it for about a week. It's a good price but I didn't know if it was tall enough or what kind of quality it would be.

..OK..you sold me.... I just bought one too! It makes more sense than trying to cobble together a replacement ladder for my Beaver.

It came the other day. I little bit more flex than I would like, but it said up to #330 so I should be safe.

Stands up in the basement just fine. Now to sell the lower ladder I just bought (too short anyway).
