Question loose front dash

Have 02 hr navigator. just noticed that dash on drivers side has dropped about 1 1/2 inch. It is below the rubber around the bottom of windshield. i cannot see where it was attached. Can someone tell me how it was attached or if they had the same problem and how they fixed.

i guess no one has had a dash apart. i did find out that you have to pull the whole dash to see if screws came loose or what and this is about a day and a half to do.

thanks jm7445 for info. after reading i don't think i have this problem. the bottom plywood that holds the bottom of the dash seems firm and all the dash wiring lays on this board. the upper fiberglass dash part that is padded and what yor see inside the coach is what is loose on drivers side.after removing the trim form the side pillar. i was able to pull the dash back up to its original position but havent figured out what should hold it there.
