Do you have the parking brake set?
Do you have the transmission in neutral?
Two easy things to check first

Are ALL your hydraulics out? We stopped for a night in Iowa last year ... put out the slides (two of which are hydraulic) and put down the levelers (also hydraulic). The next day - nothing would retract.
Stood next to the hydraulic pump and manifold - and could hear the relay switches clicking. The issue ended up being a failed hydraulic pump motor. Nothing that about $700 wouldn't fix. Good luck!

If you have other hydraulic slides that work then your pump is fine. On the manifold for your pump you'll see several electrically controlled valves for each slide. They are controlled by a diode pack close to the control switch. Try moving the manifold connection from one valve to another. If your slide now works then the valve is bad or you may have a loose connection in your diode pack. I had this happen on my FWS.

Lost hydraulics
Yep all hydraulic functions do not work.
Monoco of Oregon says it's a fuse that is in line close to hydraulic motor..
I'm not able to locate this fuse..

On our 2007 Dynasty there is a component location guide on the inside of the fwd run compartment (exterior, just forward of DS front tire). On the sheet at bottom there is a section labeled "HIDDEN FUSES". In the list there is:
Hydraulic Pump - BELOW STEP
I would take this to mean somewhere in close proximity to the pump/reservoir area which is likely mounted up/under the entry way door step area. You can access from under coach and also remove the storage caddy under the flip-up entry step.
This is what it looks like (hopefully cleaner as I am chasing a leak) ...from top thru the entry step. https://goo.gl/photos/ALiK9TjXRYXsXVxH8

Should be an inline fuse close to the pump. Mine is in a red plastic fuse cover.

$777.65 to be exact (as of last August) click here
PLUS you best ask about the little double gasketed inner piece that better seals between the electric motor and the fluid so it doesn't short out again!
Lippert said I didn't need it, except that the new motors connection would not work with the previous one
OH, and there are multiple model numbers, so get the model number off yours...

Thanks for all your help, finally called a mobile RV repair service here on the treasure coast of Florida, "Father and Son RV repair". After three hours Spent diagnosing found a red wire up by the hydraulic pump that had shorted out secondary to corrosion.
There was no fuse located anywhere around this hydraulic system? Even though Monoco of Oregon says there is one there.
Father n Son RV repair did a fantastic job and didn't quit till the problem was solved, I highly recommend them.
