Lost all 12VDC power
I lost all 12VDC power in the coach! After troubleshooting the problem I found a bad battery cutoff relay. I bypassed it and all is good!
The original part was a White-Rodgers 120-105751-6. The replacement is a White-Rodgers 120-901. I ordered it from DB Electrical for $26.99 with free shipping.
Wanted to give you this info in case you have the same problem in the future!

Yep...been there, done that. I now carry a spare house relay and a battery isolator relay. They don’t go bad often, but Murphy makes sure it happens at the worst of times and locations!

More spare parts to get. So far my 12 volt issues have been self inflicted by hitting switch in stairwell.
Thanks Joe,

It's in the rear compartment right behind the batteries on the passenger side.

Is this the part you replaced Joe?

If so, it can be bypassed. When this is closed it does have quite a bit of parasitic draw on the batteries.

I think that there is some confusion here. Most replies seem to point to the relay in the rear 12 volt distribution panel. That relay is only used for two functions: to connect the house and chassis batteries together (boost) when the chassis batteries are insufficient to start the engine, and to connect them together (using the IRD or BIRD) so that the alternator can charge all the batteries.
There is another large relay which is controlled by the so called Salesman Switch which cuts the 12 volt current to most of the coach. That relay is located in the front drivers side in the distribution panel. The large relay at the rear panel cannot shut off the coach DC power. Attached os a photo of the salesman switch relay. It is in the lower left corner of the photo
Disclaimer: my experience is primarily with my coach, an ‘04 HR Imperial, so, your coach may be different

Dick, the small relay on the bottom is the defective one. It seems to be a normally-closed relay that all 12VDC to the house runs through. I just connected the two large red wires together on the bottom post and that gets my power back.
The large round relay above it is the one that jumps the two sets of batteries together when the "Aux Start" switch on the dash is pressed.
These relays are in the rear compartment on the passenger side.
