"Low Fuel" light; tank full

I went and filled the tank, was about 1/4 when I started, no light yet. After I filled up, the light is on and stays that way. Guage reads almost full; probably not so accurate and I don't have a ton of experience with this coach yet. Anybody have a clue what's up?

Our gauges kind of have a mind of their own. They are kind of like cats, they do what they want. And I can't make them do anything different.
Something to do with the grounding system from what I understand.
At this point I am just happy that the oil pressure, temp and voltage all still work.
I keep track of mileage because the fuel gauge just works between half and full.
First time I filled up it read half and I put in 87 freaking gallons.

Your sender unit is made by Centroid:

http://www.centroidproducts.com/

Send an email detailing these facts and you will get an email back from Joel with a diagnosis or troubleshooting steps. If you need a new sender, the change out is pretty straight forward, just be sure to label the 4 wires. A new sender is around $80.

On the warning dash light, a small piece of electrical tape covers it just right.
Works good on mine.

VMSpc keeps track of miles & fuel usage on each tank on mine.
Dash gauge can show whatever it wants. I pay no attention to it, no matter where the needle is pointing.
