Manabloc leaking

I need a new manabloc as it's leaking out of a few of the pex valves. Does anyone know of a part number or replacement. Looks like viega sells a bunch. 2008 Monaco dynasty squire iv. Thanks

I'm not sure they still make the same one in your MH, but I would think you can find one with the same number of valves and swap it over as long as they are about the same size.

This cartridge just has O-rings. Maybe you can just focus on root cause instead of starting over. A hand full of O-rings fixes many hydraulic solenoids. Why not check out the valve match up some O-rings. I thin layer of plumbers silicone grease will help to slide in without pinching or even some soap.

Great point. I went ahead tonight took it apart and all the o rings were good and I could not find any cracks in the board. Replaced the o rings in each anyways and put it back together and still leaking. I called viega today and the manabloc is a special order item that they need to make. After pulling it apart and everything looking good from what I can see, I'm not 100% that it's the manabloc. Possibly too much pressure pushing through? Also now i have a leak under the fridge, not sure if that's related.

Plastic can crack almost Invisibly or distort. Did all the valves start leaking at the same time? With the right clearance O-rings work remarkably well even seal several thousand pound hydraulic, but those fittings or manifold blocks are designed for that pressure. What are you running on pump or hook up? Are leaks at block segments , valve to block or valve stems. In my mind seemed most like logical place to leak because of rotation.
