Not a lot of those around way back in 2008. Probably Ford or Chevy pickup lights and now in led aftermarket.

Several manufacturers made LED replacement lights for big trucks since about 2000. I bought a new Peterbilt in 2004 and every light on it it was LED except the headlights. Put new LED marker lights on our HR two years ago. The light bases and lenses were exactly the same as the originals and got them from Amazon. La Mesa RV in Florida gave me the part number.
