MCD Windshield Sunscreen
In the basement of our new to us '08 Endeavor 40PDQ, is a 4 foot long tube from MCD containing a 2 black sunscreens. One is the size of the front windshield, the other looks to be the size of the entry door upper window.
How do these attach? There are no snaps or velcro or anything on them at this time. Do they go on the inside or outside? MCD has no information on this product any longer that I could find. Anyone else with these types of screens that can tell me how to mount them?
Thanks!

Don't know about that particular model but you might try just putting them on the inside, holding them in place with the sun visors. Traveling with two cats also, don't want them to overheat. Heard about and looked at Magne Shade online. Might want to give it a look.

Same here, when I purchased same tube in the storage holds. No Velcro, magnets. Weird.

Chuck,
Those are aftermarket and were not installed on the 2008 Endeavor. Do you have MCD in the rest of the coach? I suspect the previous owner ordered them and found out that the installation was not simple. The windshield and door shades ended up at the bottom of their "to do" list and never got installed. Thus they were left in the basement for the next owner, you. I would call MCD and ask for their advice as these shades have been installed in many coaches such as yours. We installed MCD shades through out the rest of the coach but opted not to do the windshield, door, and driver's window. My wife likes the curtains and we have the Magne Shades for those windows.

As Bob mentioned call MCD I think you will find them more than helpful.

They are probably interior sun screens, They slide in a track at the top of the windshield. Is there a 1/4'' poly cord at the top of the shade? If so, that's where it slides into the track. If your windshield has been replaced, the track wont be there. MCD may still sell the track, its a peel and stick install........Bruce

There's not a track of any sort on top of the windshield. It looks like there were velcro tabs on it. There was some sticky residue around the entry door window, so that was probably from the velcro tape. I see why more people don't use them. It really is a pain to try to get attached to the windshield. I guess with practice it would get easier.
