Mini breakers?

There are four devices identified on the wiring diagram as "mini breakers" in the front run box. They are 2-pole. One leg is attached to a common buss bar. There are approximately a dozen more in the rear run box in a similar configuration.

Are they auto-resetting?

Is there a particular name for them? I can't find them on the web under any term I can think of.

Any source information?

Thanks,
