Brake Pedal Effort reduced?
Mike, did you notice any decrease in required pedal effort after your S-cam and pivot point clean-up? In my case it was very significant, and my brakes did not look much different from yours.

Van, sorry for the late response but I have been at an FMCA 4-Wheelers rally all this past week in St. George, UT and just got back last night.
I did notice a slight difference in pedal effort but mine was not that bad to begin with. I only slighlty started to feel an increased effort at the pedal.
I will admit though, this has been the first trip this year that the wife and I had retured and had nothing to do on the coach and everything performed flawlessly all week long. Coach ran great to and from the rally, the new refrigerator is working out fantastic, brakes seemed fine, no more tag axle seals leaking and no more smoke being emitted from the Aqua-Hot unit. All in all I was a happy camper this past week. This has been a time consuming and expensive RV season for the coach but we are anxiously looking forward to next season. Now to put her to bed for the a few months.
Mike.

Van, if all the planets align and we are able to take off for QZ, getting her de-winterized and ready to go is an easy enough task. I even told the wife that if we are able to get away for QZ then when we get back I won't winterize it again as we generally get it out and start using it around the first to middle of February anyways.

Friday night I winterized the coach, Saturday morning I changed the oil, oil filter and coolant filter. Gave her a good pressure wash underneath and put her away for a bit.
I have a couple of people's vehicles to work on over the next couple of weeks then I hope to get back on the fabrication and installation of my
Watts link setup.

Mike, I'm in the process of making parts for a front Watts on an 05 Exec. Should be similar to yours. I'll keep you advised. Like most of the installations I've done, this one is driven by my curiosity about whether rear X-braces and front Watts links can have any noticeable effect on a tag-axle coach. The owner says it drives and handles very well, but he is curious, also.

Yep, same here Van. This summer's travels after getting my alignment corrected has been fantastic. I am extremely happy with the way my coach handles and rides over the past 6K+ miles this year.
BUT, I am curious if a front Watts Link will contribute to any improvement. It is a one finger driving experience whether alone on the highway or passing OTR trucks. I mainly want to satisfy my own curiosity.
Mike.

I'm following you guys and this Watts link design for a S Series coach with great interest. I'm like your owner Van. My coach handles pretty well but I'm not sure that it couldn't be tightened up.

Well I didn't actually do anything to our Dynasty last night except give her a big ole hug.
Yesterday we paid her off.
Took us about 8 years but she's all ours now.

Congratulations Mike! I'm in the car business and people always are asking me what the best kind of car is. I tell them, one that is paid for! Randy

I agree Randy. My wife and I have always purchased used vehicles and avoided that initial depreciation and kept our vehicles a long time and keep them in good condition. We haven't had a car payment for about 15 years now due to that fact, nor a mortgage for nearly 10. I will say, they have a different "feel" to them not having a note against them.

I have never considered myself a 1%'er by any means. Just grateful to be any percenter. When we purchased it we had intentions of paying it off early but I was shooting for the 12-ish year range. We paid extra from day one and then as we built up some extra money we finally decided to just pay it off and go into 2016 debt free not owing anyone a single cent. What a feeling.
Thanks for the comments guys and thanks for following my thread.
I am a "happy camper" today.
Now if this white crap on the ground would go away we could take off and start using it again.
Mike.
