Molex plug type, pin size and spacing???

Another question for the group, what size pins are in the molex connectors, and what is the spacing. Apparently visual identification leaves about six different possibilities. I don't have calipers with me to measure with. They appear to be mxp types

Without a picture, I can't say for sure. But, many Monaco products used the AMP/Tyco Universal Mate-N-Lok (UML) or Universal Mate-N-Lok II (UML-II) connectors for non-weather-exposed harness connections. In weather-exposed connections, they often used Delphi Weatherpack 280 connectors.

Thankyou, I see the mate n lok are visually the right match. I do need one 2 wire weatherpack plug on the breakout at the jake harness as well.

UML 6-pin plug (links on page to pins)
UML-II 6-pin plug

UML and UML-II connectors will interconnect. However, each has its own shells and pins; you can't use UML pins in a UML-II shell, for instance.

Delphi Metri-Pack 280 parts

In addition to the shells and the pins, don't forget to buy the 2-pin TPA (Terminal Position Assurance) clip and the correct size/color (green, blue, red, grey, purple, whatever is needed) seals to go on the wires, or the connector will not stay together or not be weathertight.

Or, you can buy a "kit" here.

Ped 19 is on the jake engine harness connector. Figures cummings would go chinese. They are available, but maybe easier to cut both sides off and redo with a delphi.

I try to not remove any factory connectors, so if I were you I'd find the matching connector for what's there. A call to Freightliner with your chassis VIN should get the part number.

I am not you, though!

It comes up only on Alibaba , but looks like delphi owns them now. I am so confused, haha. But yes, cummins has a lot of their motor parts built in china.

I definitely would prefer to stay factory, at this point it looks like the delphi he posted is the correct one. I sleep so much better knowing you guys are here.

Ya owe me a beer ( jk)

From my Packard electric weather pak connector kit ( Sosmetal ) was my supplier at the time but the OE # is listed here also it's definitely GM Packard weather pak connector ..... now where it's made ? I have no idea?

Should be readily available at most quality auto suppliers...a quick google of the OE # https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail...r7yfBvzg%3D%3D

( No idea why the pic shows sideways? must have to do with sizing )

Happy Trails

If that is a Delphi Weather Pack connector in your picture, then that part number is 12010973. The mating part number is 12010972. You can buy that part here (different part number, probably the latest number), here, here and here.

Weather Pack is an older product, and Metri-Pack a newer product, similar but not interchangeable.

Interestingly, the Aptiv (formerly Delphi) product page (link here) shows an illustration with "PED" on the connector.
