Monaco Coach Corp. entered into a forbearance agreement Feb. 4 with Bank of America, N.A., and GE Commercial Distribution Finance Corp. regarding “repurchase obligations” with dealers, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

A follow-on comment, the Oregon facility reopening has been pushed back to March 2, 2009.

With all of the inventory that Monaco has had to buy back from dealers who are going out of business it's no surprise that the re-opening has been pushed back. They have way to many coaches on hand right now.

Sorry, the +10000 was meant as a shorthand agreement on the prior post, not on the number of units. Sorry for the mis-understanding. The article was from Bloombergs and did not discuss the number of units.
