Actually Monaco lost it to Navistar RV, and Navistar sold it to Bob Lee (not affiliated with Country Coach). He is cleaning it up and making it into an industrial park. deSanford

Actually the Coburg facility was bought buy Eugene developer STEVE Lee.
BTW, Monaco leased back the Service facility at the site and it will remain open ___ subject to Navistar's further cost cutting or selling Monaco (now Navistar RV). Navistar is looking at the possible sale of all non-core businesses.

I'm sad to see this happen. They built some beautiful RVs over the years.
