I do like the standard engine brake vs it being optional on the ISL.

Must admit the 3 stage engine brake was really nice to drive.

We have a 2011 and couldn't be happier...great Cummins engine, are really happy we have propane instead of Aquahot...the ones that park next to us are constantly cycling and the space always smell of diesel. Also, notice how many "Aquahot" repairmen there are...lots. Also, the cockpit is more useful, though not as handsome.

While I agree with you on the 2011, I'm afraid I can't regarding the Aquahot, definitely more quiet and a nicer heat source especially for up north here.
The Aquahot definitely needs a yearly service, but worth it to us. DW is very sensitive to the propane furnace noise at night and says aquahot is a must have, just like a washer/dryer & Dishwasher (she's says I'm to unreliable for that job)

Regarding the front axle weight capacity, we have the same axle on our rig and as the Monaco folks have pointed out you can adjust the tag axle pressure to change the load on the front axle. When we are fully loaded for a trip we have lots of margin on the rear load (30k total on drive and tag) so you can take weight off the front and shift it to the rear with no problem. I do that if needed.
