Monaco DP trans oil cooler problems

Researching 02 DP coaches I have found some owners have reported a problem with the transmission oil cooler leaking allowing engine coolant to mix with the transmission fluid. This has reportedly happened to both rear and side radiator coaches. I understand the fix (TSI 124), capping off the intergral transmission cooler and hanging an external cooler near the radiator, was performed on the Windsor I plan to inspect next week.

I have some questions for the Monaco owners on this forum.

1. If the coolant mixed with the trans, was the trans rebuilt or replaced?

2. How is the fix performing, any new problems?

3. Any pictures of the new cooler?

4. Any comments or suggestions I should consider while inspecting the
coach?

thank you
