Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined us!
Congrats on the beautiful new rig! You're gonna love that Dynasty! Have fun and keep her between the ditches!
I would suggest that you create a signature showing the make and model of your RV. It will help folks to answer questions you may have in the future.
Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Welcome to the forum.
The picture you posted is a Diplomat, not a Dynasty.
The model year 2006 is a great year. It should last you for a good many years if properly maintained.

I may be mistaken (often am) but the window & frig vent configuration looks more like a PAQ than a PDQ. We had a PAQ for years and absolutely loved the big picture-window configuration.
Nice coach in any case!

I love your disclaimer
"I may be mistaken (often am)"
I think you're correct. Fridge vents give it away. So mostly likely a 40' PAQ. It could have been a PET model but the picture clearly shows the rear slide out.
We researched extensively back in 2006 all the models and ended up with the Windsor. I don't think the Dynasty offered those large double windows back then.

Nice coach, but like others have stated, that is a Diplomat and not a Dynasty. Still a great coach though and congratulations.

Question looking to install solar on rig in the near future. Have read the hook up (wires) could be already installed via the refrig vent from the factory, does anyone have info on this? Also if this is installed where in the battery compartment are the wires, looked didnt see any indication of said wires.

If you have a single panel on the roof there will be a bus bar under the roof fridge vent and a controller in the coach with the wiring already connected to the batteries. If you don't have a panel on the roof I'm not sure.

easiest way is too remove the roof fridge vent and look inside. If there are wires coiled up there, not connected to anything, then it's prewired. The other end will be somewhere near the battery compartment, but it seems like they terminated that end on a whim, no consistency. But at least you'll know what type and color of wiring to look for.
