Monaco Dynasty Front TV Lift Inop

We have a 2007 Monaco Dynasty Executive IV and the front TV embedded in the roof between the Captain's seats won't come down. Checked the fuses in the bedroom and they are good. On the road so didn't want to tear into the mechanism as I'm not sure where the mechanical release is located and we really don't mind not having a TV as the news isn't worth watching and we are spending more quality time outside.
When I first pressed and held the TV down switch I could hear a faint click like a relay or maybe the motor. After several times trying we no longer hear that click sound.
Reviewing the maintenance history of the previous owner there is an entry from 2015 where they had to replace the controller for about $400 for the controller and $175 for labor at a place in Colorado. Does anyone know where the controller is located? I've looked at the electrical diagram provided with the coach and it is very vague, only showing the power module goes to motor without any locations etc. As previously stated we find the module located in the master bedroom. Will check again for power at the module and at the motor if I can get the cover off and tv manually lowered.
Anyone who has worked on this TV lift and has dealt with this issue or has any detailed diagrams, you support is appreciated. Could not find any vendor information in the owners or electrical manuals. Anyone know a vendor who would have a controller would help if we can isolate the issue. Part number of TV lift controller listed in invoice was 80601 but no company listed. Thanks to anyone who could help.

The top of the lift in the photo is on the right side and the lower end is on the left. The loop is for manually moving the lift.
Motor is 120 VAC
Manual Movement – Facing Forward it is on the Left side of TV
Push IN to Engage Gears – Pull OUT to Disengage Gears
Turn CW to Lower TV
Turn CCW to Raise TV

Lift It 120 Volt Controller
Infrared JP6 Not Used
Interlock JP4 Source and Return are Jumpered Together
Wired Remote JP5 Ref. Not Used although Monaco Had a Ground wire attached
JP5 “Open” – Yellow wire is 12VDC when Open switch is Pressed
JP5 “Close” – White wire is 12VDC when Close switch is pressed
Motor Connector JP3 Located inside controller. Wire plugged into JP3 goes to the Motor.
JP3 Earth is Ground
JP3 Up applies 120 VAC to Motor when Up switch is pressed activating JP5 “Close”
JP3 Down applies 120 VAC to Motor When Down switch is pressed activating JP5 “Open”
JP3 Power is Neutral wire to Motor

Pressing “UP” switch sends 12 VDC from Multiplex Module (rear closet) to the Lift It Controller (above Windshield) JP5 “Close” white wire and activates a relay which applies 120 VAC to JP3 Up pin

Pressing “Down” switch sends 12 VDC from Multiplex Module (Rear Closet) to the Lift It Controller (Above Windshield) JP5 “Open” Yellow wire and activates a relay which applies 120 VAC to JP3 “Down” pin

Troubleshooting
TV will not raise – I have unplugged motor wire at controller JP3 and unplugged 120 VAC source, the relay clicks and everything starts working like normal (same symptom & cure 2X)

The controller should be behind a false cover in a cabinet above the windshield.

Monaco TV Lift

Thanks for all the great info provided. We are leaving on Thurs to go back to the ranch so I'm going to wait until the weekend to review all the info and start evaluating the problem and come up with a hard fix plan. Sure appreciate all the help and great info as I think we can fix it ourselves in the ranch shop. I have an older part time helper who is good with electrics, both AC and DC and I have been fixing equipment for 50 plus years but tractors and trucks are not as complicated as these coaches. Hope everyone stays cool and safe with the Covid 19 and the "peaceful protesting" going down everywhere. I will post our final analysis of the problem and what we did to fix it. Thanks again for you support.

It's good to know the 2014 Newell's and 2008 Monaco's have the same TV lift motors. I've been looking at Salvage Yards and everywhere to find a motor. Anyone has an idea? These motors had to be used for more than in RV TV lifts. Trying to find one is close to impossible. I was informed by the distributor in WA. that the motor was made in China and the company was out of business. I have the motor manual with a parts diagram and will send a copy to whoever needs one upon request. My business email is 1appraisal@sbcglobal.net.
