Just curious what the difference between the 3 initials on the end of the 2002 Monaco Windsor

I know the last letter is number of slides, i.e. PBT is triple slide. I don't know what the other two mean, other than what Dave said.

Back when Monaco was in their heyday, they had an elaborate scheme for naming floor plans. As Joe said, the last letter was always the number of slides. The first two were descriptive codes having to do with some feature of the floor plan. The first was usually the bath configuration, and the middle letter could stand for anything. Some of us on the forum back then had some fun trying to figure out what they all stood for.

Tom, in your case, "P" means "private toilet" (in a room by itself). I'm guessing the "B" stood for "bed slide", and the "D" definately means "double slide".

My 2007 Diplomat was a 40SFT - Single bath (everything in one room), Full wall slide, Triple slides.

...probably more than you wanted to know.

Do you have the front kitchen Myron? If so, thats probably what the 'K' stands for.
Mine is PDQ. The only one I know for sure is 'Q' = 4 slides.

Good question I remember a comment in another thread. PD, hmmmmm, Q=4 slides, ok? Not queen bed I buy that.

Myron, SKQ is definitely " single bath, front kitchen, quad slides".

As for PDQ, the P means "private toilet", but the "D" is more elusive. My best guess is that it stood for "diagonal sink", as all the floorplans from that era with a "D" in the middle seem to have the galley sink positioned on a slant.

That is one of our favorite features on ours.

EDIT: Our 'atrium' is on the street side. I guess that's why we don't get an A.

Robin that's sounds right, QZ visit we need a around the fire discussion. Maybe a give away for the correct answer! Is there a correct answer? Lol

So what would our PBT stand for, other than the triple slide?
